Well as I previously posted in my other post.. I am 22 years old. I am also semi-over weight and I smoke... which I know is not the healthiest way to live my life therefor I am trying to find recreational activities to otherwise bind my time to forget about the negative energies I allow in my life.

Have any of you been like myself and if so what was your way of changing?
I try to motivate myself but in my opinion it's very hard.

Get enrolled in a good martial arts school. There are many ways to find out where a good school may be located. Trust me, the money is usually worth it if you investigate the school for a bit. Also, kick the damn cancer sticks. You're just wasting your life and money. I used to smoke, but martial arts was my reward for quitting. I can't remember the last time I smoked, it's been that long. Oh yeah, be tough and strong willed.
